Sound familiar?
Your client emails "any update?" for the third time this week.Approvals sit in someone's inbox for days. Files are scattered across Drive, chats, and email. And every project starts to feel like you're herding it instead of running it.It's not that you're disorganized — it's that there's no one place for it all. That's exactly what the Client Portal fixes.

Why I built this
I'm Jakub - A freelance website developer
I built the Client Portal because I was tired of the same mess on every project: clients chasing me for updates, approvals getting lost, and me digging through five apps to find one file.
So I made one clean space my clients could actually use — even the ones who'd never touched Notion. It made me look more professional overnight, and the back-and-forth basically disappeared.
Now I'm sharing the exact system I use, so you can do the same.
